Corn Bake

Ingredients
  Whole kernel corn 24 Ounce, drained
  Canned whole kernel corn 12 Ounce, drained (Two 12 Ounce Cans)
  Evaporated milk 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Pimiento 1 Tablespoon, diced
  Diced pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Monterey Jack Or Cheddar)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Soft bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded monterey jack cheese/Cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Monterey Jack Or Cheddar)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. In 1-cup measure, melt butter on High for 35 seconds.
2. Stir in bread crumbs and 1/4 cup cheese.
3. Set aside.

MAKING
4. In a 7-1/2" x 12" utility dish, combine corn and milk with egg, onion, pimiento, 1/2 cup cheese and salt.
5. Cover dish with wax paper.
6. Raise shelf.
7. Cook on High for 3 minutes.
8. Turn dish.
9. Cook for another 2 minutes.
10. Spread crumb mixture over the top.
11. Heat for 1 minute.
12. Remove paper.
13. Brown 5 minutes.

SERVING
14. Serve hot.
