Hominy Timbales

Ingredients
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Hominy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a small saucepan, heat the water to boiling point. Add the salt and hominy grits. Cover the pan and cook for about 40 minutes, stirring frequently, till the mixture is very thick.
2) Into 4 lightly buttered 5-ounce custard cups, spoon the mixture and allow to stand for about 10 minutes.

SERVING
3) Unmold onto serving plates.
4) With ½ teaspoon of margarine or butter, top each serving. Use parsley to garnish if preferred.
5) Serve immediately.
