Corn Patties

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , separated
  Whole kernel corn 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  All purpose flour 2 Teaspoon
  Cream 2 Teaspoon
  Soft margarine 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1)In a bowl, beat egg yolks.
2)In another bowl, mix corn, flour, cream, 1 teaspoon margarine, salt and pepper.
3)Mix it with egg yolks.
4)Then, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form and mix with corn mixture.
5)Take a griddle, grease and heat it. Drop a tablespoon of corn mixture.
6)Cook until brown on each side.

SERVING
7)Serve the corn patties hot.
