Pimiento Creamed Corn
|Pimiento cream cheese||3 Ounce, softened (1 Package)|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion salt||12 Teaspoon|
|Cooked corn/16-ounce can whole kernel corn, drained||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut from the cob (4 Ears)|
1) In medium saucepan, add the milk, cream cheese, butter, and onion salt.
2) Stir well and cook over a low heat until the cheese is melted.
3) Stir in the corn and cook until the corn is heated well.
4) Serve in a nice plate.
