Corn Filled Tomato

Ingredients
  Tomato 1 Large
  Bacon slice 1 , cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  Canned whole kernel corn 3 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1/2 Can, 7 Ounce Size)
  Finely chopped green onion with tops 2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Trim stem from tomato.
2) Scoop out pulp leaving 1/2" shell intact.
3) Chop the pulp and keep aside.

MAKING
4) Measure 2-cup measure [4-cup measure] and put in a bowl.
5) Seal with a lid.
6) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 1 1/4 to 2 1/2 min [2 1/2 to 4 min] until almost crisp.
7) Drain.
8) In a bowl mix bacon, tomato pulp and remaining ingredients.
9) Spoon corn mixture into tomatoes.
10) Keep in 10-oz casserole [two 10-oz casseroles.
11) Place remaining corn mixture around tomatoes.
12) Seal with waxed paper.
13) Microwave on high (550 watts) for 1 1/4 to 2 min [2 1/2 to 4 min].

SERVING
14) Serve immediately.
