Corn and Peas In Cream
|Whole kernel corn||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Frozen peas||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs), slivered|
1) Individually cook the peas and corn as per the package directions. Then drain well and mix them together.
2) Stir in the cream, onion and 1 tablespoon butter. Then heat well and season with the salt and pepper to taste.
3) In a skillet, gently saute the ham in 1 tablespoon butter.
4) Spoon the vegetables into the serving dish, top with ham slivers and serve immediately.
