Herbed Corn Bake
|Non fat dry milk powder||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (Carnation)|
|Hot water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Fat free mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Kraft)|
|Egg/Equivalent in egg substitute||1 , slightly beaten|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), thawed|
|Herb seasoned dried bread cubes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine dry milk powder, water, and mayonnaise.
Stir in egg and parsley flakes.
Add corn, bread cubes, and onion.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours.
Mix well before serving.
