Corn Stuffing Balls
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Chopped celery with leaves||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Canned cream style corn||17 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Poultry seasoning||1 Teaspoon|
|Herb-seasoned stuffing mix||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
1.In a bowl, mix onion, celery, corn, water, pepper, stuffing, poultry seasoning and eggs.
2.Shape the mixture prepared in the bowl, in form of small round balls.
3.In a slow cooker, place these balls on the bottom and top them with margarine or butter.
4.Put the cooker's lid on and cook for 3 1/2- 4 hrs.
5.Serve the balls with dips.
