Christmas Tree Decorations

Ingredients
  Plain flour 5 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Cornflour 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Butter 3 Ounce (75 Gram)
  Vanilla sugar 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Milk 4 Tablespoon
For decoration
  Fondant icing 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon (For Brushing)
  Food color 5 Drop (Assorted, Adjust Quantity As Needed)
Directions

Preheat the oven to Gas 5, 375°F, 190°C.
Sieve the flour and cornflour into a bowl.
Rub in the butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.
Stir in the vanilla sugar and bind with the milk to form a firm dough.
Roll out on a lightly floured surface.
Using a 2 1/2 in/6.5 cm fluted cutter, stamp out sixteen shapes.
Place on a greased baking sheet, cook in the oven for 15-20 mins.
Cool on a wire rack.
Roll out the fondant icing and, using a 2 in/5 cm flower-shaped cutter, stamp out sixteen shapes.
Brush the biscuits with honey and secure a flower on each.
Using a skewer, make a small hole to thread ribbon through.
Colour the remaining fondant with food colouring and make holly, Christmas trees, and parcels.
Secure these on top of fondant covered biscuits with water.
Allow them to dry thoroughly before hanging on the Christmas tree.
