|Corn meal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Start oven, set at Hot, 400° F. Grease a baking sheet.
2. Combine the corn meal, salt, butter or margarine and sugar and mix well.
3. Pour the water over the corn meal mixture and beat until well blended.
4. Drop the batter from a tablespoon onto the baking sheet. Bake about 20 minutes.
