Sauteed Sweet Corn

Ingredients
  Ears of sweet corn 5 , uncooked
  Fat/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Light cream/Top milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Remove husks from corn and cut kernels off ears—there should be about 2 1/2 c.
Saute corn in the fat in a skillet over medium heat until light brown—about 5-6 min.
Add seasonings and cream, and heat thoroughly.
