Sauteed Sweet Corn
|Ears of sweet corn||5 , uncooked|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Light cream/Top milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Remove husks from corn and cut kernels off ears—there should be about 2 1/2 c.
Saute corn in the fat in a skillet over medium heat until light brown—about 5-6 min.
Add seasonings and cream, and heat thoroughly.
