1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (for brushing the corn cobs)
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
1) In a large pot of gently simmering water, place the corn cobs for 15 minutes.
2) Remove and insert a skewer on the cob, brush with the fresh creme, sprinkle with the grated cotija cheese and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
