Herbed Corn On the Cob
|Fresh ears of corn||4|
|Fresh dill/1 tablespoon dried dill weed||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Fresh thyme/1 tablespoon dried thyme||3 Tablespoon, minced|
|Corn oil/Safflower oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Remove the husks and silk from corn just before cooking.
In a small bowl combine dill, thyme, water, oil and garlic; mix well.
Brush corn with mixture.
On squares of aluminum foil place prepared corn ears.
Wrap each ear tightly in the foil.
Bake for 25 minutes, turning several times.
