Dried Corn

Ingredients
  Corn 2 Cup (32 tbs), dried
  Water 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Light cream 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

Cover dried corn with water.
Add salt and simmer until corn is tender and water absorbed.
Add sugar and cream.
Reheat but do not boil.
