|Quick frozen corn||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fat/Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper||1⁄2 Dash (1 Speck)|
|Granulated sugar||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Minced water cress||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Drop frozen corn into the boiling water with 1/2 teasp salt.
Cover; bring to a boil, and simmer 2 min., or until just tender.
Meanwhile, cook onion tender in fat.
Add to cooked corn with remaining ingredients.
