Jiffy Chili Hominy Bake

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned chili with beans 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Condensed cream of chicken soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned yellow hominy 1 1⁄4 Pound, drained (One 1 Pound 4 Ounce Can, 2 1/2 Cups)
  Sliced ripe olives 2 Tablespoon
  American cheese 2 Ounce, shredded to make 1/2 cup
Directions

Cook beef and onion till meat is browned.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Cover; bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over top; bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.
