Corn And Cheese Rabbit
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Canned cream style corn||11 Ounce (1 Can / 1 Cup)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Frizzled dried beef slices||10|
Saute green pepper and onion in butter until soft over direct heat in top of double boiler.
Add seasonings, milk and corn, and simmer 10 minutes.
Place over boiling water and stir in cheese and Worcestershire sauce.
When cheese is melted and well blended, gradually stir a small amount of the hot mixture into beaten eggs.
Mix well and return to cheese mixture in double boiler, and cook 2 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
Serve on toast, garnish with parsley and slices of hot frizzled beef.
