|Cream style corn||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (one 1-pound, 1-ounce can)|
|Egg||2 , beaten|
Dice bacon and fry in a skillet until crisp.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat and add corn and eggs.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until eggs are creamy and thickened.
