Squaw Corn

Ingredients
  Bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Cream style corn 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (one 1-pound, 1-ounce can)
  Egg 2 , beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Dice bacon and fry in a skillet until crisp.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons fat and add corn and eggs.
Season.
Cook over low heat, stirring, until eggs are creamy and thickened.
