Corn With Chive Cream
|Corn ears on the cob||2 Small (Each 5 Inches Long)|
|Reduced-calorie margarine||4 Teaspoon, melted (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon, Tub)|
|Chopped fresh chives/Chopped chives and sour cream||1 Tablespoon|
1. In 1-quart shallow microwavable casserole arrange corn; add 1/4 cup water. Cover and microwave on High (100%) for 5 minutes, rotating casserole 1/22 turn halfway through cooking, until corn is tender.
2. In small mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; stir to combine.
3. Remove corn from casserole, discarding cooking liquid. Serve each ear of corn with half of the chive mixture.
