Fresh Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  Fresh ears of corn 5
  Bacon slices 2
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Light cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut corn from cob; set aside.
Add corn, milk, sugar, salt, and pepper together.
Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a screw-top jar shake together light cream and flour till mixed well; stir into corn mixture.
Add butter or margarine.
Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly.
