Ingredients
  Fresh cut corn 4 Cup (64 tbs) (6 to 8 medium ears)
  Chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  French salad dressing mix 1 Tablespoon (1/2 envelope)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped pimiento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

In a saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients.
Simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool; add chopped pepper and pimiento.
