|Boiled and mashed potatoes||150 Gram|
|Cream style corn||100 Gram (as used in sweet corn soup)|
|Processed cheese||100 Gram|
|Corn flour||100 Gram|
|Dried rose petals||50 Gram (available at indian grocery stores)|
|Clarified butter||3 Tablespoon (to cook)|
|Cardamom powder||10 Gram|
|Chopped pistachio nuts||50 Gram|
mix all the ingredients thoroughly except clarified ghee and corn flour. keep in refrigerator for 45 minutes.
now make patties of the mixture and roll in corn flour to seal the patties.
on a flat non stick pan put clarified butter and allow it to melt and heated thoroughly.
griddle the patties and cook till golden brown on both the sides.
serve piping hot with alubukhara ki chatni
