Corn On The Cob With Herb Butter

|Butter/Null||4 Ounce, softened (100 Gram)|
|Lemon juice/Null||1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)|
|Chopped mixed herbs/Null||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon, Mint, Parsley, Lemon Thyme And Marjoram)|
|Salt/Null||To Taste (Null)|
|Pepper/Null||To Taste (Null)|
1. Peel back the husks from the corn and remove the silk.
2. Beat the butter with the remaining ingredients. Spread the herb butter all over the ears of corn, then re-cover them with the green husks. If the cobs are without husks, wrap each one in greaseproof paper.
3. Place the corn cobs side by side in a shallow ovenproof dish and microwave on HIGH for about 8-9 minutes until the corn is tender, turning and re-positioning the cobs two or three times during the cooking time.
4. Remove the greaseproof paper, if used, or gently pull back the husks before serving.
