Golden Corn Sticks

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Yellow cornmeal 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir thoroughly the flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda, and salt.
Combine egg, sour cream, and oil.
Add to dry ingredients; stir just till blended.
Preheat corn-stick pans; grease generously.
Fill pans 2/3 full.
Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
