Creamed Corn And Bacon Omelette
|Bacon rashers||2 , chopped|
|Eggs||4 , beaten|
|Milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Creamed corn||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Grated cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Use Tasty Cheese)|
1. Place bacon on plate, cover with absorbent paper, cook on HIGH for two minutes.
2. Combine eggs, milk, corn and pepper. Stir in bacon. . pour into greased pie dish, sprinkle with cheese, cook on MEDIUM for twelve minutes. Leave covered for five minutes. Fold in half.
