Country Roasted Corn

Ingredients
  Fresh ears of corn in husks 4
  Melted butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Soak corn in water at least 15-30 min Build a wood fire, keeping fire at a consistent cooking height.
Place grill about 8" over wood.
Place corn on grill, cover, and turn every few minutes so corn cooks evenly.
Cook about 15 min (covered).
Husks may look charred.
Peel back husks carefully corn will be steaming dip in butter and come back for more!
