Seafood Stuffed Corn Husks

Ingredients
  Corn husks 8
  Shrimp 1 Pound
  Bay scallops 1⁄2 Pound
  Lemon juice 4 Tablespoon
  Scallions 6 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove corn from husks, being careful not to tear.
Fill the husks with shrimp and scallops and sprinkle with lemon juice, scallions, salt, and pepper.
Bring husks back together, tie tops with a piece of husk, and place on hot grill for 10 to 15 minutes, turning several times.
Open one husk after about 10 minutes to check doneness of seafood.
