Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh corn 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut from 4 to 6 cobs
  Heavy cream 3 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cloves 1 Pinch
Directions

Melt butter in medium saucepan over moderate heat; add corn, cover, and cook until tender.
Add cream, water, and cloves and simmer until corn is very soft and sauce is creamy, about 5 minutes.
