Ingredients
  Corn muffin mix 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Coarsely chopped salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Prepare corn-muffin mix according to package directions; spread evenly in a well-greased 15 1/2 xl0 1/2 x l-inch jelly-roll pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese, and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top.
Bake in moderate oven (375°) about 25 minutes or till crisp and lightly browned.
Immediately cut in squares or break in pieces; cool slightly and remove from pan.
