Hardimont Corn Flitters

Ingredients
  Fresh corn pulp 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot fat 1 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , separated, beaten
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut corn from the cob.
Mix flour, baking powder, and seasoning; add to corn and mix.
Beat egg yolks, add to mixture, then add milk.
Beat the whites stiff; fold in.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat (deep or shallow) and fry until golden brown.
