Hardimont Corn Flitters
|Fresh corn pulp||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Hot fat||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Eggs||2 , separated, beaten|
Cut corn from the cob.
Mix flour, baking powder, and seasoning; add to corn and mix.
Beat egg yolks, add to mixture, then add milk.
Beat the whites stiff; fold in.
Drop by spoonfuls into hot fat (deep or shallow) and fry until golden brown.
