Ingredients
  Fresh pork 2 Pound (In One Piece)
  Onions 2 Medium, sliced
  Canned tomatoes 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chili powder To Taste
  Drained cooked hominy 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

Fry pork until brown on all sides.
Add onions, tomatoes, and chili powder to taste.
Cover and cook over low heat until meat is tender, about 2 hours.
Add hominy and cook for 30 minutes longer.
