Scalloped Corn Supreme

Ingredients
  Canned cream-style corn 17 Ounce (1 Can)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Well beaten egg 1
  Coarsely crumbled saltine crackers 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped canned pimiento 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Coarsely crumbled saltine crackers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

In saucepan combine corn and milk; heat through.
Gradually stir in egg.
Add 1 cup crumbs, onion, pimiento, salt, and pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into greased 8x1 1/2-inch round baking dish.
Combine 1/2 cup crumbs and butter.
Sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
