Corn Crackle

Ingredients
  Corn muffin mix 8 Ounce (1 Package)
  Coarsely chopped salted peanuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Garlic salt 1 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon, melted
Directions

Prepare the mix according to package directions; spread evenly in well-greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan.
Sprinkle with peanuts, cheese, and garlic salt; drizzle butter over top.
Bake at 375° about 25 minutes or till crisp and lightly browned.
Immediately cut into squares; cool slightly, remove from pan.
