Roasted Corn On The Cob
|Ears of corn||4|
|Mild green chile salsa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Neufchatel cheese||2 Tablespoon, softened|
Lightly dampen corn husks with water; wrap each ear in aluminum foil.
Grill over medium-hot coals 15 to 20 minutes, Turning occasionally.
Combine salsa and cheese in a small bowl, stirring well.
Remove husks and silk from corn,evenly spread each ear wirh salsa mixture.
