Cornmeal Mush

Ingredients
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Stoneground yellow cornmeal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Pour the boiling water into a saucepan. Mix together the corn-meal and cold water and gradually stir into the boiling water.
2. Add the salt and cook, stirring, for about 20 minutes.
