Easy Skillet Corn With Tomatoes And Basil

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil/Olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Green onions 3 , chopped
  Green bell pepper 1 Small, diced
  Uncooked corn kernels 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Tomatoes 2 , seeded and diced
  Chopped fresh basil 2 Tablespoon
  Granulated sugar 1 Pinch
Directions

In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add green onions, green pepper, corn, tomatoes and basil (if using dried); cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes (8 to 10 minutes, if using frozen corn) or until corn is tender.
Add sugar; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped basil (if using fresh).
