Easy Skillet Corn With Tomatoes And Basil
|Vegetable oil/Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Green onions||3 , chopped|
|Green bell pepper||1 Small, diced|
|Uncooked corn kernels||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Tomatoes||2 , seeded and diced|
|Chopped fresh basil||2 Tablespoon|
|Granulated sugar||1 Pinch|
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add green onions, green pepper, corn, tomatoes and basil (if using dried); cook, stirring often, for 5 to 7 minutes (8 to 10 minutes, if using frozen corn) or until corn is tender.
Add sugar; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with chopped basil (if using fresh).
