Perfect Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Quick mixing flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Such As Wondra)
  Frozen whole kernel corn 18 Ounce, thawed and drained (3 Packages, 16 Ounce Each)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and flour until smooth. Stir in the corn.
2. Cover and cook on the high heat setting 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until bubbly and thickened.
