Perfect Creamed Corn
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Quick mixing flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Such As Wondra)|
|Frozen whole kernel corn||18 Ounce, thawed and drained (3 Packages, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||2 Tablespoon|
1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, whisk together the milk, cream, sugar, salt, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and flour until smooth. Stir in the corn.
2. Cover and cook on the high heat setting 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring once or twice, until bubbly and thickened.
