Baked Chicken With Corn Bread Stuffing
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Corn bread stuffing mix with seasoning||6 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chicken breasts||2 1⁄2 Pound (About 3 Breasts)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
|Browning sauce||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned chicken gravy||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
In 13x9-inch dish, combine water, 1/2 cup butter and seasoning packet.
Cook at HIGH 3 1/2 to 4 minutes.
Stir in stuffing crumbs.
Arrange chicken on stuffing with meatier portions toward edge of dish.
Brush with melted butter mixed with browning sauce.
Cook, covered with wax paper, at HIGH 12 to 13 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
Let stand, covered, 5 minutes.
