Cheesy Corn Sticks has a grand taste. Cheesy Corn Sticks gets its taste from flour mixed with cornmeal, cheese and eggs. Cheesy Corn Sticks is inspired by many restaurants worldwide.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Low fat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Heat cast-iron corn stick pan in oven while preparing batter.
Combine flour, cornmeal, baking powder and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
Combine milk, egg and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Carefully brush hot pan with additional oil.
Spoon batter into prepared pan.
Sprinkle batter with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned
