Fresh Corn Saute ! Wow ! This is what I've been brunching on for the last few days ! Sautéed corn with irresistible seasonings is not only tasty but a healthier option too in comparison to other snacks ! Do try this Fresh Corn Saute and let me know if you like it as much as I do !
Ingredients
  Ears of corn 4
  Pea pods 4 Ounce
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Instant chicken bouillon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Wyler's /Steeroa Brand)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

Remove husks and silk from corn; cut corn from cobs.
In large skillet, cook and stir corn, pea pods, red pepper, green onions, bouillon and sugar in oil until vegetables are tender-crisp.
