This Corn Ole tastes yummy ! Try this mixed vegetable dish with rice, pasta, or meat and let me know if you like it ! Your suggestions for this Corn Ole are welcome !
|Chopped fresh tomatoes||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Fresh corn||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut off the cob|
|Summer squash slices||2 Cup (32 tbs), halved|
|Chopped onion||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Melt margarine in large skillet.
Add remaining ingredients; cover.
Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until squash is tender, stirring occasionally.
