Solar Cooked Corn on Cob

Corn Elote is a simple dish which can be made effortlessly in a solar cooker. The corn can be prepared little in advance and reheated and seasoned at the serving time.
Ingredients
  Corn cobs 4
  Lemon 1
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste
  Mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Shredded parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Place corn cobs in a black pan and cover it with a glass lid. No water is required for cooking the corn. Put this pan in a solar heater and let it cook. After about 2 ½ hours the corn is done. Now, rub it with lemon, salt, cayenne pepper and brush some mayonnaise. Sprinkle some shredded parmesan cheese and serve.
