Spicy Corn Stir Fry

  Unsalted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Minced jalapeno chili 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen corn kernels 16 Ounce (1 Bag, Thawed)
  Cilantro 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chopped

Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
Add red pepper and jalapeno and stir fry 5 minutes.
Add cumin and stir 30 seconds.
Add corn and cilantro and stir fry until corn is heated through, about 2 minutes.
