How To Make Negroni

This is the very simple but very delicious classic Negroni. It can be made with any gin and any sweet vermouth but the Campari must remain constant.

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Add 1 oz. Bombay sapphire to the glass.
Add 1 oz. Campari.
Add 1 oz. sweet vermouth to the glass.
Stir well with a long spoon.
Fill a rock glass with ice.
Strain your cocktail in the ice filled rock glass.
Garnish with an orange zest.
