How To Make Solstice

The fresh ingredients in this drink make it a very refreshing long drink.

Put 2-3 fresh strawberries in a tall glass.
Add a cup of English kachumber to the glass.
Muddle them properly.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 2 oz. gin to the glass.
Add 2 oz. green tea.
Shake well.
Fill ice in a high ball glass.
Strain your cocktail in the ice filled high ball glass.
Add some club soda to the glass.
Stir well with a large spoon.
Garnish with a kachumber wheel.
