Tips To Make Lychee Martini

This is a very fresh Asian inspired cocktail. As with all fresh cocktails, balance is key. If you can't find fresh lychees, you could use canned ones and it would probably work fine. The muddling of the fresh lime is essential to get the fresh lime oils out of the skin.

Put 4 lychees (shell and seed removed) in a tall glass.
Add 1/4 of lime to the glass.
Muddle them properly.
Fill the glass with ice.
Add 2 1/2 oz. vodka.
Add 1 1/2 oz. snapple green tea.
Add dash of simple serp.
Shake well.
Strain the cocktail in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
