Midori Melon Mojito Recipe

MIDORI 22ml (3/4oz)
Matusalem PLATINO Rum 45ml (1 1/2oz)
Mint leaves 12
Lime 1/2
Sugar syrup or sugar 30cc (2tbsp) or 20cc (4tsp)
Club soda
Alcoholic Content 15

1. Put the mint leaves and lime in a Rocks glass and muddle together.
2. Add the sugar syrup, and enough ice to fill the glass.
3. Add the rum and MIDORI, and then the club soda, and stir.
4. Garnish with lime wedges and some more mint.
