Hey, I think I can help you out here! For the last two weekends I have been trying Thai Green and red curry chicken and I used the readymade paste for that. You can pick up the packets from any decent supermarket that has an international section for condiments! I must say the brand I used was really good and the curry came out as tasty as the prepared with homemade paste! :-)

:-) Well I am currently based in Singapore and we have a lot more variety available here. Last time I used Dancing Chef's curry paste and believe me, their's is too good and the curry came out spicy and yumm.. My huby was literally gulping it and that that's how I ended up making it Thai red chicken curry the consecutive weekend too! :-) And the best part is you can even use seafood instead of chicken! Everything tastes good in the broth! :-)
