Steps to Cook Clam on a Gas Grill


  1. Buy live clams from market and scrub them clean under clean, cool running water. Rinse well.                                                          how to cook clam

  2. Clean the gas grill and scrub the grates very well to get rid of all adhering food residues. Grease the grill well.

  3. Preheat grill to medium-high temperature.

  4. Place the clams one by one on the grill and make sure none is overlapping.

  5. Once the shells begin to open, remove the clams from the grill. This usually takes only about 3 to 4 minutes.

  6. Using a fork take out the clam meat from shells.

  7. Serve with butter or along with other grilled seafood.
