Instructions to Cook Lemon on a Gas Grill

  2. Clean grill and preheat it to medium-high temperature.

  3. Brush lemon slices and halves with olive oil.

  4. Place them on the grates and cook for about 4 to 5 minutes until the clear insides get tinged with brown.

  5. Flip the lemons over and cook the other side for about 3 to 4 minutes.

  6. When done remove from grill and serve squeezed in mocktails.
